c. Regulatory Compliance Obligations: In running advertising and brand promotional materials, we ensure that third-party placements comply with the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act (FCCPA) and the regulatory codes of the Advertising Regulatory Council of Nigeria (ARCON).
